In 2012, the Shapir Group secured a tender from the Jerusalem Municipality to oversee the planning, construction, operation, and maintenance of student dormitories along with associated commercial spaces within the Beit Agron complex in Jerusalem.
Shapir’s project adjacent to Ha-atzmaut Park comprises two dormitory buildings accommodating approximately 420 sleeping spaces.
